Error On Splash Screen

When I start Windows XP, I get the screen where you can pick from the
different users. Under my name, it says I have 22 unread email
messages even though there are no unread email messages in Outlook
Express. What is causing this error & how can it be fixed? I have
Windows Messenger service disabled.
 
Only thing I can think of is that you need to check the
mail on WMS. Then you need to figure out how to disable
the WMS user name from your Windows account. I know it
asks wheter or not you want this option enabled when you
register a .net. Wish I could tell you how to
disassociate that, but I cannot remember.
