Ay my logon screen where my name is.....under neath that it keeps saying i
have i unread emial message, this is not true as i check and read my emails
everyday.

Does anyone have a solution to my minor problem?

It's emails on Windows Messenger that it counts, but it's really a stupid &
meaningless feature of XP.
You need TweakUI XP to fix this.

Scroll down to Logon & in the Unread Mail section, deselect "Show unread
mail..."
