Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Since installing BCM, I get nothing but error messages like the one above.
Outlook does not work and automatically shuts down. Reports get sent to
Microsoft. I have installed all updates and then uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook and BCM. No change. Errors, lockup, general mayhem. It's been a
frustrating afternoon. Should I just lick my wounds and move on, or is there
light at the end of the tunnel? HELP
