Probably Outlook 2003's form curruption bug.

Exit Outlook.

Delete everything in
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS

Restart Outlook and BCM will recerate its forms in the Outlook cache.

And upgrade to the latest bits so you won't run into this again.

Hi

I was able to resolve a similar error message by upgrading from BCM V1 to
BCM V2.You can find out what version of bcm that you are running by
searching for a file and irisms32.dll and check the version by going to
properties for the same.If it denote version 1 then upgrading should resolve
the issue

I have this same problem. The procedure about did not work. When I remove BCM
Outlook works. When I reinstall BCM, the error message returns. Help...

I have the same problem. Following your path, I show 3 folders in Documents &
Settings -- Administrator, All Users, and Default User. (I'm a 1-man
company.) The only path that includes a "Forms" folder under Microsoft is via
Administrator. In there is a DATfile called FRMCACHE, 172 KB. I'm a novice
at this and deleting things from the Admin files is, frankly, a bit scary,
especially when some of the folders along the path are greyed out.

Can you explain this a little further for me?

Word of advice:

You should create a regular user for yourself and use that login for
daily work. Only use the administrator login when you need to install
software, and don't browse the internet or read mail logged in as an
administrator.

That aside,
if you delete files in the forms cache folder, Outlook or BCM will
recraate them when required.
