ERROR MSG

The procedure entry point GETPROCESSINGIMAGEFILENAMEW could not be located in
the dynamic link library PSAPI.DILL. How do I stop this msg, it pops up when
I start my computer. It also didn't start until I downloaded update explorer
7 w/beta3?
