can't open sys restore get error msg:
rstrui.exe-entry point not found

the procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in dynamic linl library WINSTA.dll


how con i fix this

Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows.
Make sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option.

Hey Roy,

That sounds like the error you get if you've done a repair install on a
system which has had sp1 applied, and then not reapplied sp1 after the
repair. This leaves some files at base release level and some at sp1 level
and you get compatability problems,

If you don't have sp1 applied, apply it.
