Whenever I start up XP and the start up has finished I receive a message that
says "The procedure entry point GetProcessingImageFileNameW could not be
located in the dynamic Link Library PSAPI.DLL." I have no idea what that
means.

Microsoft process status helper (PSAPI.DLL) is a small dynamic link library
that makes it easier to obtain information about processes and device drivers
running under Microsoft® Windows NT®.

This error message may be due to a program or programs (currently identified
"culprits" include
Motive SmartBridge,
Hal Screen Reader,
BT Broadband Help (BT Yahoo Help),
and My Dolphin Screen Reader / Magnifier ) that ship with an older version
of PSAPI.DLL
Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located
in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

To work around this error:

Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Files\Verizon...\Smart...)
Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL (Do not rename
the PSAPI.DLL file in your C:\Windows\System32
directory.)
Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
and function normally.
