Error msg port 80

I recently bought a new computer and reloaded my Front
Page.
I installed my FP98, FP98 upgrade.
Installed my FP2002 upgrade
Installed FP Server Extensions
Installed IIS6
I opened my web on the internet and attempted to publish
it to my computer. It began publishing, about 3/4 of the
way through I got a msg that there was no webs on port 80.
Anybody got a solution?

1. Uninstall FP98, FP98 Upgrade, FP2002 upgrade, FP Extensions and IIS6 (IIS6 is only on Windows
2003 server.

2. Restore OS back to prior to any of the above installs.

3. Install IIS and the FP extensions

3. Install FP2002, and when prompted for a qualifying product insert the FP98 CD, then point the
dialog to the CD drive.
