Upgrading from FP98 to FP 2002

I have designed my website using FP98. Recently, my host server switched over
to a unix server using FP 2002 extensions. Since then one out of every 50
attempts to publish changes to my site gets through. Someone told me that I
have to switch over to FP 2002. If I do that, will I have problems bringing
in my current web/files/folders designed in FP98. Or will FP 2002 convert
every over for me.

Will there be a problem, after converting over to FP 2002, the next time I
go to publish changes to my server?

Will I have to redo my entire site again using FP 2002?

FP98 is not compatible with the latest FP2002 extensions running on Unix
servers, so you will either have to upgrade your FrontPage, or switch to a
Windows server (or a Unix server running FP2000 extensions).

If your operating system is WindowsXP or Windows 2000 I would recommend
upgrading to FrontPage 2003.

The "conversion" from FP98 to a later version is normally problem free,
though the new User Interface may take time to get used to.

There should not be any problems with publishing your webs after upgrading,
except that the first publish will need to a full publish (not changed pages
only) to bring the webs and extensions into synch.
