error messege

While I am on the internet, I get an error messege that
states a problem with ZHBLUCQV.DLL. I have know idea what
this means. I do not have any viruses, and when I click
to close the error screen, it locks up my computer and I
have to shut down by manualy turning off the computer.
Please help! Thanks, Pete

Don't have an answer but scanned by C:\ for ZHBLUCQV.DLL
and didn't find it so it isn't part of XP Home. You may
not have viruses but there's also spyware/trojans etc.
Suggest that you get both Ad-Aware and SpyBot (search in
Google) and see what those programs say.
