error messeges

I keep getting error messeges popping up. How do i get
rid of the error messeges? prizesurfer.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by windows. This is just one of
the messeges. How do i troubleshoot to clear these
messeges?

You might have some parasite(s). Run the following two programs (both of them)
and see what they find.
