error messages

I have tried to configure windows mail according to the directions but keep
coming up with this error on all my accounts. I'm really hoping someone can
help me. It's driving me nuts!
Heres the error message:
Account: 'barbara@raisingkidstogether', Server:
'mail.raisingkidstogether.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR
Invalid command.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90,
Error Number: 0x800CCC18

"Invalid command" implies that you're attempting to use an option
that the server doesn't understand. Go to Tools, Accounts, select
the account, Properties, Servers, make sure that "Log on using
Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.
