ERROR MESSAGE

It just started a couple of days ago but i get this error
message of CANNOT FIND FILE 'file///c:WINDOWS/dlm.html.'
then when i click ok, it opens a new window. Also each
time i open a new IE window it is the smallest possible
size. What is causing this and how do i fix it. I ran my
virus scan plus spyware so i got everything out. What
next.

"dlm.html" appears to be Coolwebsearch trojan related ...
