Internet Explorer Error Message

While my PC seems to work fine and I can access the
Internet without issue, I am frequently receiving the
following error message on my screen: Cannot
find 'file:///C:/WIN2000/dlm.html'

It seems as though another Internet Explorer window is
attempting to open when this occurs.

Has anyone seen this problem before and any suggestions on
how to resolve it.

or download ad-aware from lavasoftusa.com and update and scan
and in ie,tools,options,advanced,uncheck both 'enable
install on demand',apply.
