Internet Explore 7

My computer came with internet explorer. I recently totally restored my
computer. Since then the internet explorer keeps sending an error message on
my screen. I recently got dsl and sincel then my computer frequently turns
itself off and on and this error message comes up along with runtime message.
Can someone help me fix this problem. I have download the new internet
explorer 7 for windows xp
Bellsouth said my internet explorer was damaged. How can i fix this problem
before I restored it none of this happened.
