IE widow sizing & misc error

I am running win98se & IE6
Recently deleted a dialer using cwshredder & ran repair
tabs & repairdefaultprefix.
Have two problems:
1) Opening a window from within a window results in a
small screen size.
Have tried dragging down corners, closing last but to no
avail. Also tried editing registry to change to full
screen but this reverts to "no" on reboot.
2) Sometimes an erroe message pops up sayingIE cannot find
C:/windows/dlm.html file.Make sure path or address is
correct.Closing this message results in a new window
opening with the home page.
Would appreciate any solutions for the problems

For the 2nd issue, not sure if it is caused by parasites. You may inspect what BHOs are loaded:
Get ToolbarCop: http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/toolbarcop.htm
And follow-up with Hijackthis log. You may post it to Spywareinfo forums.

Thanks to Ramesh the 1st part is resolved.The key to
resolving resizing of the window was after dragging it
open, closing it last using the contol key & clicking on
the top right closing icon at the same time.
As to the second the opening of the blank screens is
related to a dialer which I am currently resolving.
