Error message

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permission to
access the item.

i went on line and installed norton virus program...it
found 1600 infected folders....it told me to restart
computer..now i get this message when trying to open any
files. it wont let me open msn email or instant messenger
either canyou help?

Have you configured nortons anti virus correctly i had

same problem but when i set nortons to default level
everything was ok. hope it helps
