while to install adobe premier from a dvd when i click on the setup file i
get this error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

I have not faced this problem earlier on when i was using xp sp1 but after
upgrading to sp 3 this problem has come p while installing the software.

my first suggestion would be to check your windows firewall settings as some
items may be blocked.
