Error Message

Dear Experts,
I keep receiving the following error message:
5e4:qttask.exe-No Disk. This happens as the Desk top
screen is starting up. After you cancel the error message
the system works just fine. Can you help me with this and
recommend a site which provides help with such error
messages.

Click START|RUN and type...

msconfig <enter>

Click the Start Up tab

If a QT Task is among the items, UNcheck its box...then reboot.

If a prompt appears at start up, check its box (to not appear again).
