C Cari MS-MVP Dec 25, 2003 #2 Start, Run (type) MSCONFIG (enter) From the Startup tab, UNCHECK qttask. It is put there by Quick Time but is NOT needed to be in the Startup folder. Click Apply. Restart the PC, the error should not now recur. Cari www.coribright.com
