Error message

Every time I try to look at a list of news groups or click on to a string in
this news group I get the following error note
502 no permission for 68.226.97.2

Configuration:

Code: 800ccca0
being real novice I haven't a clue.

Hi

Do you get the same error message if you use one of the Microsoft news
servers, such as:

msnews.microsoft.com

I'm on Outlook Express and when I click -msnews.microsoft.com, a million
Microsoft public come up?? Also when I click on News Accounts it asks if I
want to download list of other news groups, I say yes -it starts and then
same error message from access 4 free.com
