Error message

Dear Sir/Madam,
i used to check every day in the Administrative tools, in
that Event Viewer and in that sytem....I noticed that i
had an error message as follows

Source: DCOM
Category :None
Type : Error
Event Id: 10010

User: Winxpxpro\
Computer: Winkppro


Description:
The server {520CCA63-51A5-11D3-9144-00104BA11C5E} did not
register with DCOM within the required timeout.

I need to know whether its a serious error message or ?
Please help me to get rid of this message...
