error message

On startup I get an error message that states - Invalid
BackWeb application id 7288971. I must first close this
error message window before continuing with Windows.

This situation occured after I loaded Spy Hunter
software, decided I did not like it and ended the
contract. The error message is what is left behind and I
do not know how to get rid of it.

Can someone help me to get rid of this? Thanks.
 
Hi Gari,

Start/run msconfig, disable the line loading backweb on the startup tab.
