HELP! "runner error: invalid backweb application"???

Every time I log into Windows, a small window pops up in
the middle of my screen entitled "Runner Error". The text
of the window says "Invalid BackWeb application
id '7288971'". And there is an OK button to click at the
bottom of the window. I always just click on the "X" to
close the window. I have no idea what this is or what
caused it to start happening. Can anyone help me make it
stop?! Thank you.
