Error Message

I'm trying to create a new form. I receive an error that says "You do not
have exclusive access to the database at this time. If you proceed to make
changes you may not be able to save them."

In fact, i can't save them.

I'm the only user of the database. I created a group of users, but i
haven't logged anyone else in. Any ideas?

You might be suffering some corruption. See what happens if you import
everything into a brand new, blank mdb file.
