Error message

Event Viewer/System shows frequent error messages that are ID 7000 or 7023
The description I find is
The %1 service terminated with the following error:
%2
Does anybody know what this means or how to fix it?

For Will Denny.
You links did help. With these and the Event Viewer expanded I have found
that two services have created problems. By far the larger number of error
messages concerned 7023 with the message "the specified module could not be
found." But the message gives no help about what module or what to do about
it.

7000 messages had to do with two services that could not be found:
FileZilla and
CMS PortIO (failed to start; system could not find the file)

Does anybody have any idea what these services are or why they are needed?
