Error Message

When I turn on my computer everyday. Before I have opened anything, I get
this error message:
ccApp.exe Unableto locate component. This application has failed to start
because wbemcomn.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the
problem.

I am really not certain what it wants me to reinstall...Please help!

Thanks Byte! I appreciate your help! I went to that site and downloaded my
missing file wbemcomn.dll and save it in my Norton folder...that should be
good, right? I really appreciate your help!

If not, reinstall Norton AV from the original media.

So I tried downloading that file and saving it in my Norton folder on my
computer, but after doing that I continued to get that same error message.
So after that I tried taking Norton off my computer and reinstalling it, but
I still get that same message, except now it comes up more often...What
should I do now?
