If you're sure that the module name you posted is correct (Scrrun.dll), read
the note below:
Scrrun.dll is a vital Windows Scripting runtime library, that has the file
system handling functions. If this file is missing, you can expand a copy
from the source (the Windows XP CD-ROM or from the ServicePackFiles\i386
folder on the hard drive).
Alternately, to reinstate the file, reinstall the Windows Script 5.6 from
the following link:

My system restore will not work. I get an error message that it failed to
