Error Message

Hello Pals,
My PC has NT4.0. After booting, it gives an error message
like this. " Services.Exe - Entry Point not found; The
procedure entry point Trace Event could not be located in
the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll ". Will you suggest
a metod to overcome this error! Thanks all the same. HVP

There is a service on your machine that assumes it will be run on Windows
2000 or later. The TraceEvent API was not available until Windows 2000. If
you don't want to upgrade, then you'll need to find the service. The
service control manager may have entered something in the event log. If
not, then you can go into Services and find the service that's set to
automatic but didn't start.
