I recieve the error Sbp2port.sys corrupt and I cant fix windows xp pro

Im trying to install my new ATI Radeon 9250 256 mb grapics card. But i cant
install the driver! An error pops up when i stick in the cd and says
16 bit Windows Subsystem C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is
not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.Choose
'Close' to terminate the application.
How do I fix this???
