Can any one help urgently.
When I start my scanner (Microtek ScanMaker X12 USL) I
get a dialogue box with the following messsge:
"Filescan MFC Application has encountered a problem and
needs to close."
The program automatically closes down. I have reloaded
the scanner drivers which was updated from the Microtek
website.
Is this a Windows problem or a Microtek problem and how
can it be solved?
