error message when shut down

Every time I shut down my computer, a message "If you
choose to end immediately, you will lose unsaved data"
shows up on my screen. Below the message, is a box with
HPCMPMGR.EXE in it and a bar, showing that the program is
closing. But, the thing is I always save, and close every
program before I shut down, and I have no idea what
HPCMPMGR is. If any of you can clue me in on this, I
would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks tons!!!

.
HPCMPMGR.EXE (sounds like you have a hewllet
packard),try start,run,type in msconfig,ok,startup
tab, look for something with cmpmgr in it,uncheck the box
for it,ok,restart, check box on utility don't show
again,and ok.If you still have warrenty,call H/P and ask
them if you can remove it permently. What it is probably
H/P's toolbar running in the background(you don't see it)
and shows like that to close it,either don't worry,or do
the msconfig thing.

.
go to run and put in msconfig under the startup tab
uncheck everything,or click disable everything.You'll
still have everything, just won't run at startup will
start when clicked on.Close and restart then go to this
web site
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
line 148 on the right side, click it open it then run
it,remove all items. Then go to your antivirus and open it
up and find the run at startup check it and apply.THAT'S
ALL YOU NEED AT START-UP ANYWAY!
