Error Message when quitting Internet Explorer

On a new pc, running Windows XP Home (w/SP2 preinstalled). I began getting
an error as I quit Internet Explorer. Upon quitting it brings up the "Send
Report to Microsoft".

All possible security and windows updates are applied. I also tried to
reinstall IE, but the version I have is newer than the latest version
available for downloading, so it wouldn't allow it. I have not tried
uninstalling first.

This only happened after copying data from my old computers hard drive to
the "Shared Documents" folder on the new drive. I don't see that it had
anything to do with it.

Aside from that, Internet Explorer runs just fine and I haven't run into any
other problems.

Anyone's gracious help and experience is appreciated.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
