error message: "The search key was not found in any record" ?????

In my access program under form and table one entry somehow got changed to a
bunch of boxes in the specified columns. When I try to change the error in
either form or table the error message comes up "! in a triangle" Microsoft
Access the the message "The search key was not found in any record" I can
not find out what a search key is and I do not understand how to change the
error. Can someone help me?????????

It sounds like your table may have become corrupted, or perhaps an index on
this table. Here is a KB article that includes this error message, but I'm
not sure it describes your situation:

BUG: You receive a "The search key was not found in any record" error
message when you compact a database or save design changes in Access 2000

Note: Even though the article includes "Access 2000" in it's title, it
likely applies to later versions of Access as well. You might want to verify
that you have service pack 8 for the JET database engine. Here are some other
