Error Message re: MSVBM60.dll

I continually get the message "Explorer caused an error in
MSVBM60.DLL", which then closes IE. It seems to happen
more often when there are multiple IE windows open, but
not always. This seemed to start after my son downloaded
a MP3 app, but I don't know for sure if this was the
cause. I've loaded all the latest IE service packs and
deleted any unknown apps from my system, but still can't
get rid of it. Any help is much appreciated.

That error is usually spyware related ......
