Error Message re: Internet Explorer

Almost every time I go to print a file from the web, I am
given an error message, and then windows shuts down. Any
help or suggestions out there?
 
Use Netscape. IE is my main browser BUT when I get the
error messages I goto Netscape and do what I need to, and
then check for updates on IE.
