Error message no 0x80010534

I have installed Windows Defender Beta 2 on W2K Pro SP 4 (Norwegian version)
but I am not able to run the programme. I get this error message:
"Application failed to initialize: 0x80010534. Ingen tilordninger ble gjort
mellom kontonavn og sikkerhets-IDer". I understand that this is a common
problem on non English W2K: Has anyone a sollution to this problem?
