ERROR 0x80010534

Hi,

I'm also getting the Error 0x80010534 on Windows 2000 SP4 + all patches
installed. Windows is German. I first tried the English Defender, then the
German version. No joy. I've read numerous newsgroups entries and found that
this error has been around every since Defender version 2 has been released.
It seems to be clear that you people can't fix it when you don't have foreign
Windows versions running.

Is there any way we can help you?

Ok, I tried to install defender too, and got this same error message
0x80010534..I followed every single tip to install this, installed and still
not working. And I´m using Finnish Windows 2000, which is 110% genuine, not
copied from anywhere etc.. when can you fix this problem? Please answer
