0x80010534 still happening even in the released on april

I try to run Windows Defender on a Windows 2000 pro SP4 computer. I went on
Windows update and did all the updates. The computer is now up to date.

I installed Windows defender without any problems but as soos as I try tu
run it, I get this message (in portuguese) :

''Application failed to initialize: 0x80010534. Não foi feito o mapeamento
entre os nomes de usuário e as identificações de segurança.''
