Error Message in Word 2003 when closing program

Hello,
Every time I exit Word, I get an error message that says "Microsoft Office
Word has encontered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience."

Is this an XP problem or should I reload the Microsoft Word program to
correct this problem?

Shutdown problems can be caused by the same things as startup
problems.
