When I close Microsoft Outlook, I get a message stating the File Normal
already exists, do you want to replace, save. I do not understand what this
is.
Thanks

You are suing word as the editor and it's asking if you want to replace the
normal.dot template. It's usually caused by an addin in eitherword or
outlook.

Thanks, but what do I do to correct it? Thanks
