Error message "file format module interface problem"

When I try to open a RAW image file, I now receive the error message above.
Sometimes it will work, and now most times I receive the error message. I
also receive an error message at boot since installing SP2, saying
"GetProcessImageFileNameW is no longer in dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL".
Any help would be so appreciated since I can't do my work now on my computer!!
