Error Message, cant load.

Ill go to load XP back onto my computer (i had to unload it to do some hardware changes) and i get an error message 'Setup cannot contuine. Please use support at www.microsoft.com. Reference Error #5fbff8h' I'm not not totally sure if thats the exact message, but something like that, and im positve the error was that number. Anyways, it wont let me load, no matter what i try. This happens right when the setup is analysing my computer. Is there something i can do so i can load XP? Or is their anyway i can give Microsoft my serial number and they can possibly mail me another cd? :-\ thanks
