Error! message can't create file before each email

After managing some of my document files I started reciving an error message
every time I want to send an email. It reads can't create file my Name.vcf.
It also is locking up my outlook.Often I have to hit ctrl-alt-del to get it
to move

I have exactly same problem and same error message. Thank you, but I know
what .vcf stands for. What can be done to fix the problem. The complete error
message reads: "Can't create file: [My Name].vcf. Right-click the folder you
want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to
check your permission for the folder".
The only difference between Ro's case and mine is that my Outlook doesn't
lock up. After clicking OK in error window it opens new message window
without having .vcf file attached to it.

Try clearing the Outlook Secure Tempt Folder.
