Error Message, Blue Screen

I'm getting an error message that looks like this:

0x0000008e 0x0000005, 0x804e13d0, 0xbab078c8, 0x00000000
saying it has something to do with a driver.

I haven't installed any new drivers.

When does this happen? What are you doing on the machine before it
happens? Have you installed new hardware or more RAM? Any new devices
like USB printers or thumbdrives?
 
No there are no new hardwares or RAM. No new devices etc.
I am working in Avid Xpress Pro.
Like I've done for hours everyday about two years on this computer.
My configuration has been unchanged for atleast two years.
Same computer, same software (aside from the occational Microsoft update)
and all hardwares.
