Blue Screen error

On two occasions my computer has stopped and a blue screen shows up with an
error message. I have duplicated the technical information from both
instances to get help in finding out what is the message about.

FIRST: "0X0000008E (0X0000005, 0XBF0A83EE, 0XEF89AAE, 0X00000000)
ialmdd5.dll-Address BF0A83EE base at BF07300, Date Stamp 3fbcf8d5"

SECOND: "0X0000008E (0X0000005, 0XBF0A83EE, 0XEF56FAE8, 0X00000000)
ialmdd5.dll-Address BF0A83EE base at BF073000, Date Stamp 3fbcf8d5
