.... and needs to close, we are sorry for the
inconvenience".

Has anyone encountered the same problem? What could I do
to fix it? I was adviced that it might be due to spyware,
but after I installed anti-spyware(lavasoft adware) and
removed the files suggested by adware, I'm still having
the same problem. Any advice? Thanks a lot!

Open regedit, do a search for padexe.exe, when it comes up
delete it from your registry. Be carefull deleting the
wrong thing you'll be sorry. Do this at you own risk.
