error logs

I have discovered some errors reported in the event log. It appears to be an
issue that happens under our XPE configuration. I verified that these
errors are not present in the event viewer under Windows XP Professional.

From what I can determine based upon the information available the
Application Management system within windows is failing because ClusSvc can'
t start some generic service. I don't know if this means that ClusSvc can't
start the Application Management or if the Application Management can't
start some other service.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Here is the guid of the event:

C6DC5466-785A-11D2-84D0-00C04FB169F7 - Application Management

The event log it is upset about is 1041, which is according to Microsoft's
web site, a ClusSvc related problem.
