Event log error

Hi,

I have try to run a application (written in visual studio 2005) upon startup
in XPe and i'm getting the following errors in System event log

1) Generate Activation Context failed for c:\windows\system32\user.exe.
Reference error message. The operation completed successfully.

2) Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.CRT. Reference error
message. The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

3) Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT could not be found and Last error
was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Any clue what registry entry/DLL could be missing?
The image had clean dependency check and build had no errors.

This is due to locale dlls and manifests that are missing; read the
following link:

You will have to install ?:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe or "staticly
link" the dlls to your application.
