Error loading the Tcp Mib Library.

Need help to rectify this problem, this error show up when I try to add
printer using HP or standard tcp/ip port.

I've followed the instructions from Microsoft KB Q261302 and I've
renamed/deleted all wsnmp32.dll files that I can find even in the dllcache
folder.

Still face to same problem, the only way for me to use tcp/ip port is by
using HP jetdirect printer wizard.

I'm using windows2000 professional with sp4 installed, try setup with other
W2k(sp3) workstation without any problem.

Has anyone encountered this before, greatly appreciate your advise.
